Dual
beam Halogen light system 10/20 watts 12 volts system made from
halogen light seal beams bought from Home depot and PCV pipe and
connections
The
20 watt on the left in the picture was made with the aid of my
machine shop.
The
10 watt, center of the picture, is the same size sealed beam halgon
bulb, 2 inches, is made using 1 inche PVC pipe, heat to flare open
one end, glue to hold every thing together and a 2 foot "low
voltage halogen dual connector cable".I use the mounting
bracket from a low cost bicycle light to mount that light to my
light bar.
The
pictures below shows several views of my light system and a method
of making and mounting a single light.
