Cuesheet for Delaware perimeter
Perimeter Bicycle Assn of America

Loaded for ride. 11 pound of gel cell batteries, about 11 amp hours.. I don't have confident in the NiMH holder. I have 48 AA NiMH cells. There are three 12 volts holders for about 7 amp hours.

Complete light system. Slot on top of the modified electric box is for gps.

The above light was to be on a print circuit board that I am making. I made a drill jig to allow the maximum LED without touching. I drill the board and the next step is to mask the circuit lines and etch the board. Time was a factor so I used pre drilled board and connected the lamps in banks of four so that I can use 12 volt supply, 10 NiMH, 3.0 volts to each LED. Maximum brightness is gotten from three NiMH supplying 3.6 volts to each LED. One news group thread suggest that green LED helps night vision. I am trying eight in this lamp. A time test, gave 10 hours run time with one battery pack. On my ride, the plan is to leave this lamp on continuously and use the 10watt or 20watt Halogen when needed. A double pole center off switch is used for these two lights, both can be off but only one is on at a time. The 20watt is usually use for reading street signs and is pointed up more than the 10 watt. The 20 watt also on alert cars that their high beam is on.

Components for LED light. The lid will stay intact when I make the next lamp, for mounting. I glued the lid to mount this lamp.
